1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by GoldLion Kiosks Private Limited, a company incorporated on August 10, 2021 under the Companies Act, 2013 with CIN U51909TG2021PTC154000, located at Rangareddy, Telangana, 500079, India. The company offers a GoldKiosk service where customers can deposit physical gold in exchange for cash payouts via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS bank transfers.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years or older and possess valid government-issued identification to use the service. Only gold owned by the customer may be submitted, and it must be free from disputes or legal claims.

3. Gold Valuation and Acceptance

• Gold purity (10K to 24K) will be assessed using standardized tools and methods in the kiosk.
• Real-time market rates at the time of deposit will determine payout value.
• GoldLion reserves the right to accept or reject any gold item after testing.

4. Payout Mechanism

• Payouts are processed via:
  • IMPS: Instant transfer (24/7 availability).
  • NEFT: Batch-processed during bank hours.
  • RTGS: Real-time for transactions above ₹2 lakhs.
• Customers must provide correct bank account details to avoid transfer issues.
• Processing time may vary depending on the banking partner and method selected.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Confirm legal ownership of the gold before depositing.
• Ensure all provided personal and banking information is accurate.
• Cooperate with GoldLion Machine and LA for verification, evaluation, and documentation.

6. Disputes and Support

Any dispute must be raised within 48 hours of the transaction. GoldLion will resolve issues under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, India.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoldLion Kiosks Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays due to third-party bank failures, technical errors, or misinformation provided by the customer.

8. Updates to These Terms

Terms and conditions are subject to periodic changes without prior notice. Continued use of the GoldKiosk service implies acceptance of the latest terms.
