1. Gold Return Guarantee

If you do not accept the cash offer displayed on the GoldATM screen, your item will be returned immediately without any deductions. The return process is automated and secure.

2. Refund Conditions

Once you accept the payout and complete the transaction, the sale is considered final. Refunds are not permitted unless:

• There is a proven technical issue with the payout or valuation.
• The gold item was submitted but cash was not dispensed or returned.

3. Reporting an Issue

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction. Include your transaction ID, contact details, and photos (if applicable) when emailing our support team.
